300619 Jo, toe step outs
Begin standing upright on both feet in a naturally balanced position.
Move your right foot out and to the side at about a 45-degree angle. Do this without twisting your hips too much to the side as you step out. After lightly touching the floor with your toes, bring your foot back to the standing position.
Now move the same foot straight out to the front of your body, lightly touch the floor with your toes and bring it back. Immediately move the same foot off to the left about 45 degrees and lightly touch the floor again. Don’t do this if it bothers your knees.
Repeat with your left foot. Do these moves 5-10 times, several times a day, until you can do them without flailing about with your arms.
